<image:caption>OMCS was founded in 1999 with the goal of serving the full scope of water renewal needs for rural communities, home owner’s associations, and small municipalities. OMCS has established excellent working relationships with many environmental companies throughout the region. We have worked with several engineering firms from large scale national groups to smaller more locally oriented firms. <image:caption>OMCS’ future looks bright as Jay Irby and Ty Waterman partner with Bill Duncan. Jay and Ty began their careers with the City of Boise under the direction of Bill. During their 20 combined years with the City, they garnered a tremendous amount of knowledge, experience, and training that gave them the confidence to take on the exciting challenge of providing water renewal services to the private sector. They look to continue the legacy of professionalism and quality that has been shown by their predecessors.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Team - Roger Nard Jacobson - Operator</image:title>
<image:caption>In 1971 Roger was fresh out of the Army and in the same year the United States embarked in a nationwide multibillion-dollar overhaul of all wastewater facilities within the country, called the Clean Water Act. Also, in that year moneys had been allocated to the education of the operators the MAN Power Development Training Act in the fields that they would work in. The first wastewater schools were established, many Vietnam vets were without jobs when they came home, and to that end numerous vets were recruited to fill the many jobs that would come available. In 1972 Roger applied for and accepted a graveyard shift at the Boise City Wastewater Treatment facility, at that time the most advanced activated sludge treatment plant in the state. As an operator Roger had the experience of working each of the three shifts for extended periods which was very advantageous to his growth in the industry, plus the experience of working with all the employees. In 1982 Roger was promoted to shift supervisor and oversaw the graveyard shift, by 1988 Roger had moved to the swing shift supervisor and a few years later become the day shift supervisor and in charge of operations. In 2008 Roger retired from the city of Boise, He went on and continued his work at the Hidden Springs Reclamation Facility, the Middleton Facility, and the Avimor Reclamation Facility start up and operation. His spare time is filled with family, golfing, fishing and camping. The rebuild and restoration of his 1997 280Z Datsun has been a very rewarding experience. The car finished in first place at a recent car show in Nevada.</image:caption>
